Last night we had the pleasure of returning to Sage Hill School in Newport Beach for one of their basketball tournaments where we were asked to help feed guests, athletes and their loved ones. On the menu for the evening was plenty of good eats, including our signature grilled shrimp tacos.

As with all tacos served on the food truck, this hand-held delight was served on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla and grilled in our special blend of butter, garlic and spices.

We sold quite a bit of these items and it’s no wonder. This succulent delight is so good, it’s absolutely fantastic for seafood lovers and taco lovers alike.
