Artificial lighting is often the mortal enemy of food photography, but our wonderful pico de gallo still managed to look absolutely delightful last weekend!

In case you haven’t heard, last Saturday we had the pleasure of catering for a beautiful wedding at The Empire Polo Club in the City of Indio.

This sweepingly expansive venue plays host to many of the best entertainers in the business, including the world famous Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. But, last Saturday it served at the backdrop for one of the most intimately romantic weddings ever.

And, SOHO TACO was there to not only keep guests fed but to also dazzle taste buds with our terrific selection of tacos all served on fresh, hand-pressed tortillas.

One of the ways guests were able to make their own hand-held masterpiece was to dress it up to their liking with an eye popping selection of farm fresh condiments and salsas.

From sweet pico de gallo, to creamy guacamole. And, from spicy diced red onions to tangy roasted red tomato salsa. We had it all!

It was a great time had by all and hopefully everyone enjoyed themselves as much as we did.
