Served on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla and nothing more, this hand-held treat exemplifies the simplicity we seek on our menu. For our goal is to let the high quality ingredients and harmonious flavors speak for themselves.

“The name says it all… Gourmet tacos. Though it’s not in the typical “hipster” gourmet tacos type of way. No exotic unnecessary ingredients. Just the basics quailty meat, hand made tortillas, delicious salsas and fresh fixings. Fast and friendly service.

This trucks comes for our food truck Fridays at work once in awhile . I try not to miss it . It’s not your typical street tacos, as most don’t do hand made tortillas and high quality meats . It’s not cheap , but the symphony of quality ingredients is more than worth the price. Try it !”
