Speaking of things that are wet, let’s talk about about one our favorite appetizers La Tostadita de Salmon Ahumado. We have several weddings this weekend and many of them will be serving up this savory, satisfying delight. So, it’s definitely worth a few words.

Then, we take a fresh made tostadita, which is essentially a savory mini tortilla made crisp daily in our kitchen, and then layer creamy cheese along the top.

Next we rest the salmon on its new bed and then we garnish it with a little salsa and micro greens.
