Last night we had the great pleasure of returning to Santa Barbara County, this time to cater for a wonderful wedding reception at the Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm in beautiful Goleta CA.

Sure, the day started out on the rainy side, but then the clouds broke through making for stunning picturesque day.

For special occasions such as this one, they cleared out one of the vast greenhouses and made it into an ultra charming event space. We were surrounded by a sweeping glass atrium that was reminiscent of a certain crystal cathedral.

Before the festivities kicked off we had set up a table in the grotto area of one of the greenhouses some of our finest chips and farm fresh salsas for everyone’s nibbling enjoyment.

The food wasn’t quite ready yet so the guests really appreciated the light appetizers before the main course.

And, for this special occasion we grilled up our premier package which included mouth-watering delights such as succulent shrimp, savory carne asada, juicy pollo asado and much more.

To help wash it all down we offered a tantalizing trio of aguas frescas that seemed like they were swallowed in one gulp!
