It might be hard to believe, but the month of March is almost over. Crazy huh? Time flies! Weren’t we opening Christmas presents last week?!

Well, as with each month that goes by it’s time to say farewell to one of our beloved promotional specials.

To make this exquisite vegan treat we start out with top quality potatoes, which we dice into small cubes for easier cooking and flavoring. Then we grill a large batch for a few minutes and then we mix in farm fresh produce as well as our special blend of herbs and spices.

This is a great option for our vegan friends namely because this delectable hand-held treat not only contains no animal meat, but it also comes free of any creams, cheeses, etc.

But, that doesn’t mean our vegetarian and omnivore friends get left out! Hopefully those of you out there who prefer a bit more protein on their tacos give it a try and after one bite it’ll still leave you feeling satisfied.
