Today is Good Friday and it is indeed so in many ways. Of course, it’s one of the holiest days of the year on the Christian calendar and a time for respectful celebration.

For those of you taking the day off in honor of this holiday, we wish you a wonderful occasion filled will family, friends and loved ones.

And, for the rest of us who still need to clock in, you’re not alone! Here at SOHO TACO HQ we’re gearing up for several events this Easter weekend and we truly can’t wait to hop to it.

Over the next few days, we still plan on bringing our upscale taco guy catering skills to various events ranging from corporate employee appreciation luncheons to Easter brunch celebrations on Sunday.

So, although many of our own friends and families will be taking the next few days off, it’s still quite the busy schedule here at SOHO TACO HQ.

In fact, today we’re holding training sessions for our food truck crew where we plan on going over the finer points of serving at our popular lunch and dinner stops during the week.

Then, on Saturday we also plan on having another training session on how to properly make fresh, hand-pressed tortillas on the grill.

And, all of this on top of the numerous private catering events we already have on the calendar. We’re going to be busier than a rabbit hiding baskets of colorful eggs this weekend.

In the meantime, whether you’re celebrating Good Friday or TGIF or both we hope you and your loved ones have a wonderful day. The weather reports predict another perfect day here in Southern California, so we’re all in for a special treat.
