Happy Hump Day, everyone! It looks like we’re set for another gorgeous day here in Southern California, but hopefully we can grill something up for those of you going through a mid-week slump.

Of course our regular menu of tacos are quite scrumptious but have you had a chance to try our #TacoDeCordero ($5.49 Each) yet? It’s actually pretty good!

In case you missed it this is our March special and at only three major components it’s pretty simple. It’s made up of grilled top quality lamb that’s seasoned in our kitchen and cooked to perfection. Then, we mix in just the right amount of toasted pine nuts for that added flavoring. Then, we top it all off with a yogurt curry salsa that we created especially for this dish.

The flavor combinations are almost minimalistic, yet exquisitely satisfying. It’s an exclusive on our food truck and we have the opportunity to serve it to you today for lunch in Aliso Viejo: LUNCH 11A-2P Summit Office Campus, 15 Enterprise Dr #AlisoViejo CA.
