Thanks for the kind words, Steven! We’re absolutely ecstatic knowing that everything went so well for you and your loved ones. We had an excellent time and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon.

When it comes to weddings we have no problems serving anywhere from the sands of Newport Beach, the mountainsides of Lake Arrowhead and, in Steven’s case, the deserts of Southern California. We cover most terrains with pleasure.

Steven also mentioned enjoying handmade tortillas at his wedding, which is one of our specialties. For this delicacy we source the finest masa for our tortillas, which is prepared lovingly in our kitchen.

The dough is then transported out to the event site, rolled up into little balls and then pressed into flat, pancake like disks. From there they’re grilled until they’re piping hot and perfect.

Another item Steven’s guests enjoyed was our exquisite mango salsa.

During this time of year starting mid-spring onwards this is easily one of our most popular salsas. But in the summer it’s at its absolute best!

Made with farm fresh mangoes which are diced in house, then mixed with our special blend of herbs and spices, this bright, colorful condiment is a must at summertime events but are still pretty good other times of the year.

We’re thrilled Steven’s family got to enjoy a fresh batch of mango salsa and hopefully we’ll have the opportunity to serve some to you soon.
