Today’s lead photo is a shot of the menu that was on display at the wedding that we catered at Hummingbird Nest Ranch earlier this month. Menus are great in general because they announce the good times that are ahead and they even help rev up the appetite with anticipation.

So, when guests approached the taco cart with this printed announcement standing before them, mouths started watering instantly. And, fortunately, it wasn’t too long afterwards did they chow down on some of our fine fare to help satiate that appetite.

Speaking of weddings, we have a wedding expo promo event this Sunday and we have another exciting menu in store!

If you have a wedding or any upcoming special event be sure to mark your calendars as we set up the cart once again for the wonderful guests at Bridal Showplace and this time around we are headed for Garden Grove:

Although we have already served several times at many of Bridal Showplace’s events, this will be the first time at this hotel… and we can’t wait!

As for the menu, due to strict fire regulations we won’t be able to fire up the grill. Sorry! But, we still plan on serving some fantastic appetizers like our Tostadita de Ceviche and our Rebanadas de Uva. And, if that isn’t enough, we also will have some of our best chips and salsa on hand to help round out the flavors.

In the meantime, don’t forget we have another terrific food truck stop today in Costa Mesa.

Today we plan on serving many of the items listed in today’s photo and many of the most popular items at weddings. So, if you have a special event coming up please come on by and try out some of our tacos, which are all served on a fresh hand-pressed tortilla as always on the food truck.
