It’s another lovely TGIF here in Southern California, but it’s not just any Friday … it’s 4/20. You know, the kind of day that’s best spent with your favorite buds.

And, in honor of this avocado colored occasion please allow us to present to you some of our favorite cilantro hued items that we offer here at SOHO TACO. Like these goodies:

Not too long ago our March taco special of the month featured a tortilla with shade of green that would have made Kermit The Frog salivate. Well, that’s assuming amphibians eat tacos and why wouldn’t they? Well, on 4/20 anything’s possible, but I digress.

El Taco Jardinero’s tortilla was infused with fresh basil and then hand pressed just before grilling it up. It wasn’t only striking to look at, but also wonderful on the palate.

Hopefully we had the chance to serve one to you when we were serving it because it’s no longer available. Or, shall we say, it’s now “up in smoke”? (Man, we’ve got a million of them!)

And, of course, one of our most popular emerald shaded items has to be our Salsa Verde.

Made with fire roasted jalapenos and our special blend of herb and spices, this spicy condiment is sure to dazzle your taste buds and make your eyes water like a night out with Snoop Dog.

Some have even called it the “Green Crack” and they wouldn’t be far off. Salsa this good should be classified as a “Schedule 1” delight.

Now, if today’s blog post has left you green with envy to try our tacos with your best buds, then you’re in luck.

Today from 1:30PM to 5:30PM, the fine folks over at Connected Cannabis kindly asked if we could fire up the taco cart and grill for their patrons and who are to …. blow them off? Sorry, it’s not open to the general public, but if you’re a paying customer, I’m sure they will leaf you alone.

So, come on down, we’ve got your edibles riiiiiiight here.
