Brrrr…. it’s a bit chilly out there isn’t it? They say we might be in for some thunderstorms today, but we’ll believe it when we see it. Isn’t the saying April showers brings May flowers or something like that? Well, it looks like we’re in for more flowers… good times!

Made with top quality poultry feet that’s been battered in our house mixture and then dipped into hot oil, it’s then placed on a bed of a tangy crispy slaw and then topped off with our special Arbol Aioli salsa. And, as usual it’s served on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla.
