It’s our favorite day of the week, can you guess what day that is? And, no it’s not the premiere of the latest Star Wars movie …. that’s later this week. 😉

It’s TACO DAY! Well, technically there’s another term for this day … but we don’t want to get sued. And, what better way to celebrate than with some of the best tacos in Southland?!

Today we are proudly serving up our classic line up of tacos all served on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla. But, have you had a chance to try our taco of the month?

If you may recall this month’s special #PatitaCrujiente is a bit on the uncommon side of the taco spectrum. How so? Well, it’s principal ingredient is juicy tender chicken feet. Now, before your own feet go running in the other direction, it’s actually pretty good!

We start out with juicy tender poultry that’s breaded then flash fried for that added crunch and flavor. Then, we serve it up with a crispy slaw and and a housemade aioli.

The resulting combination is a crispy, tasty hand held delight unlike any other in Orange County and beyond. And, when it arrives it’s already good to go and dressed with balance, so there’s little need for any other salsa or condiments except maybe just a squeeze of lime.

Today we have the pleasure of serving up this month’s special at two stops: (1) LUNCH 11A-2P The Met, 575 Anton Bl #CostaMesa CA; and, (2) DINNER 5PM-8:30PM Cismontane, 1409 E Warner Av #SantaAna CA.

And, remember as with every Tuesday night stop at Cismontane all tacos (well, except the specials) are only 99 cents each from 5PM to 6PM. That’s right, our classics such as savory carne asada, succulent camarones and sumptuous veggie tacos all served on a fresh hand-pressed tortilla are only a buck each. Crazy huh? Yeah, this promo has been going on for quite some time now, but not too many folks have heard of it. So, spread the word!
