Happy Hump Day! How is your week coming along? Now that the heat is bit back to what’s typically average this time of year, we’re sure things have gotten a bit more comfortable for you…. and your electric bill. Oh man, we’re not looking forward to see what this month’s bill is going to look like!

If you’re in the Irvine / Santa Ana border area today for lunch an you’re looking for something exciting, mouth-watering and delicious, look no further than one of the best extended stay hotels in the greater John Wayne Airport Area, The Homewood Suites.

Not to long ago one of their representatives dropped by our tasting night to give our food a try and to extend a wonderful invitation to serve at their facilities. Of course, the meeting went super well and that’s how this lunch stop came to fruition.

To help make the occasion even more festive, organizers plan on having music playing, we’re going to have tents up for added shelter, some tables and chairs will be set up for your dining pleasure and of course we will have our wonderful menu of fine tacos for your lunchtime enjoyment. Depending on the response and if the turn out meets/exceeds expectations, who knows? This just might be another one of our regular stops/

And, as the least photo in the blog suggests, we plan on grilling our signature mahi mahi fish taco among the many offerings today.

Featuring ocean fresh seafood grilled in our housemade garlic butter mixture, topped with crisp garden fresh cabbage, it’s served on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla and crowned off with a generous serving of our signature chipotle sour cream.
