Happy TGIF everyone! Hope everyone had a great week. We just had one of the most exhilarating times of the year and hopefully you were a part of it, too!

Last Wednesday was easily one of the best event planner conferences in nation, BizBash Live 2018 which took place at the California Market Center in the entertainment capital of the world Los Angeles CA.

From daring acrobats to tasty tacos on fresh, hand-pressed tortillas, it was truly one of the best promotional events we have ever done and one we won’t soon forget. Check it out:

In case you’ve never heard of the epic organization before here’s a snippet from their official website:

Essentially, if you’re an event planner for any type of occasion and at any location this is the organization that will help you be the very best at your job and to help impress even the toughest clients.

And, last Wednesday we had the opportunity to participate at their annual West Coast gathering and we had a blast! They have these gathering 2 or 3 times a year and this is the only one on the Pacific and we couldn’t have been more honored to be part of it.

For this occasion we had the opportunity to bring two taco carts, the first one was situated upstairs for the main exhibition hall and the other was fired up and grilling for the after party on the ground floor.

The main exhibit hall was entirely enclosed and no open space so we weren’t able to fire up the grill, no problem! Sure we had the cart anyway but it wasn’t fired up but it did a wonderful job showcasing the wonderful appetizers that we had in store.

Hungry convention goers had the choice between our super popular Tostadita de Ceviche or the Tostadita de Chorizo appetizers, two of some of our most popular items on the menu.

As guests made their way to the cart to ask more about our food and services, our crew was quickly assembling and handing out more than a thousand of these hand-held delights.

Meanwhile, downstairs Crew #2 on the ground floor patio area got ready for the after party and they had the opportunity to actually fire up the grill this time. We served up some of our finest tacos such as our savory carne asada, succulent camarones, vibrant veggie tacos and much more all served on fresh hand-pressed tortillas.

It was truly an honor to see the line in front of cart stretch out all night with repeat guests. Everyone had several options for food that night and it was absolutely amazing to see many of them come back to us time and again.

In the end our event coordinators had a great time making valuable connections and our cooking team had a fantastic evening dazzling taste buds coming from around the country and beyond.
