Happy Tuesday, everyone! We certainly hope your week is off to a great start. Sure, it’s a bit warm today but that’s typical this time of year, right? Well, stay cool & hydrated out there because we have a terrific line up of some of our finest tacos for you all day today.

On this lovely Summer day we have two stops and two opportunities to serve you: LUNCH 11A – 2PM The Met Trucks, 575 Anton Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA; and, DINNER 5P – 8:30P Cismontane Brewing Company, 1409 E Warner Ave, Santa Ana CA.

Today’s lead photo was taken last week during the Bizbash Live Expo which took place at the California Market Center where we served up this beauty of a plate.

This plate of carne asada was actually prepared by one of our crew members for himself moments just before he went on break. (Thanks, Juan!) What you’re drooling at is our signature carne asada served on a fresh hand-pressed tortilla.

Notice anything? There’s not much on there. Well, except maybe for some grilled bell peppers but that’s pretty much there for a little garnish & color for the photo. However, essentially our popular grilled steak taco comes ready-to-dress.

That is, once it’s served to you it’s up to you on how to make it your own perfect masterpiece. Care for some onions? Sure! Hate cilantro? No problem! We have such a terrific line of condiments and salsas that you can easily enjoy to make up your own custom made taco any way you like.

Easily one of the best and most prestigious event planner conventions in the nation, we had the great opportunity to serve up some of our finest appetizers and mouth-watering tacos on fresh, hand-pressed tortillas for everyone both on the exhibit floor and at the after party. Our crew had such a blast we’re already drawing up the plans for next year!

In the meantime, if you’d like to try many of the same great recipes that we served up at the after party be sure to stop by the food truck today either for lunch or dinner … or both! And, remember for our dinner stop it’s Happy Hour between 5PM to 6PM where all our regular menu item tacos are only 99c each. That’s right, the entire plate of carne asada tacos in the lead photo will set you back a whopping $4 tonight!
