A Culinary Journey through Mexico

For this special event, we served our popular SOHO Package, which includes three types of tacos:

• Pollo Asado: Tender, marinated chicken grilled to perfection, served with fresh cilantro and onions.
• Carne Asada: Flavorful, marinated steak grilled to your desired doneness, topped with cilantro and onions.
• Tacos de Papas: Spicy, crispy potatoes seasoned with our signature blend of spices, served with guacamole and pico de gallo.

These delectable tacos were accompanied by a selection of traditional sides:

• Spanish Rice: Fluffy and flavorful rice cooked with tomatoes, onions, and spices.
• Refried Beans: Creamy and delicious beans simmered with spices and onions.

To quench thirsts and add a touch of sweetness, we served four refreshing aguas frescas:

• Strawberry: A vibrant and sweet blend of fresh strawberries, water, and sugar.
• Horchata: A creamy and comforting drink made with rice, cinnamon, and sugar.
• Watermelon: A refreshing and hydrating blend of fresh watermelon, water, and lime juice.
• Pineapple: A tropical and tangy drink made with fresh pineapple, water, and sugar.

No celebration is complete without dessert, and we delivered with three mouthwatering options:

• Flan: A classic Mexican dessert made with eggs, milk, sugar, and caramel sauce.
• Strawberry Cheesecake: Creamy and delicious cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries.
• Dulce de Leche Cheesecake: Decadent cheesecake filled with rich and creamy dulce de leche.
