[G]iven today’s temperatures, it’s like Winter in Summer drag!

On this unseasonably HOT March evening, SoHo Taco’s gourmet food truck has the great pleasure of returning to The Park at Irvine Spectrum for a night of great food and beautiful ambiance.

And, as an added bonus, we’ll have a very limited supply of our grilled mahi mahi fish tacos on the menu as well.  Which is perfect on such a warm night and an excellent option for our friends and family observing Lent today.

As usual, we’ll be accompanied by some of Orange County‘s best gourmet food trucks.  The Burnt Truck is a regular there on Friday nights.  And, the mouth-watering Dogzilla has been known to park at this location too now and then.

Talk about parking, be sure to allow extra time.  During peak hours spaces can get pretty limited, but it’s still manageable. And, although it’s a luxury apartment complex, the area where the trucks are parked isn’t blocked off by a gate or anything.
