One of the compliments that we received at last night’s taco catering event at InhouseIT of Orange County was how beautiful and colorful our gourmet tacos look before they get devoured. Which is very important because we not only eat with our mouths, but we also eat with our eyes. When the eyes see a plateful of vibrant, delicious looking colors, the appetite gets whipped into a frenzy and gets the mouth salivating. Perhaps the same goes for the ears as well: the more colorful the language, the more of a frenzy it creates?
