Last night, during our regularly scheduled stop at the OC Fair & Events Center in Costa Mesa, SoHo Taco’s crew had the privilege of making the acquaintance of an Orange County culinary celebrity, Nancy Luna (a/k/a Fast Food Maven) of the OC Register!

The Maven had set up a meetup between her and her legions of fans at the weekly event to enjoy the festive atmosphere, give away some prizes and, above all, take part in some great eats!

By the end of the evening, we ended up with the BEST sales our humble little truck has ever had and easily one of the most enjoyable nights our crew ever experienced.

Thanks to everyone who passed by and, of course, it was an immense pleasure finally meeting you Nancy!  Hope to see you again very soon!
