Ah, pico de gallo. Such a classic salsa. And, we’re proud to be serving our signature recipe of this traditional condiment tonight at our usual Tuesday night stop in Santa Ana.

This evening from 5PM to 8:30PM catch our food truck this evening at one of the best breweries in the Southland, Cismontane Brewing Company, located at 1409 E Warner Ave Santa Ana, CA.

In case you haven’t had this sweet delight, our version is made up of vine ripened tomatoes at the peak of sweetness. We dice them up in our own kitchen, season it with our special blend of herbs and spices and ship it off to any of our private catering events or our public food truck stops.

It’s so wonderfully versatile, it’s no wonder it’s often ordered along with our packages or dollopped onto one of our tacos on the food truck.
