We just crossed the 300 mark last week sometime, but we didn’t want to jinx it by saying something. You never know, reviews get filtered all the time on Yelp. But, so far as of today’s date we’re at 309, which is pretty strong.

Absolutely amazing! Thanks to everyone who took the time to express your kind words and feedback. We greatly appreciate it. You are all definitely all that and, as the saying goes, a bag of chips!

Speaking of which……

What’s better than a side of fresh made tortilla chips? MORE tortilla chips, of course!

Today’s images were taken a couple of weeks ago when we catered a wonderful birthday party in the prestigious Skyline Room of the Cerritos Library. Guests there were treated to a terrific array of tacos all served with a fresh, hand-pressed tortillas. But, to bring the experience to a higher level we also offered our signature brand of tortilla chips.

To make our batch, we start off in the kitchen with top quality tortillas sourced from reputable producers. We get those shipped to us daily to ensure freshness. Then, we cut them up into little triangles ourselves then give it a quick bath in hot oil. Afterwards we add just a touch of salt and it’s good to go.

If you would like to bite into the same great recipes as the guests at the Cerritos Library enjoyed, you’re in luck! Today is Tuesday and that means it’s going to be another delicious evening at one of the best breweries in Orange County: DINNER 5P-8:30P, Cismontane Brewing Company, 1409 E Warner Av #SantaAna CA.

Also, remember between 5P and 6P it’s Happy Hour! So, all classic tacos are only 99 cents each (specials excluded) and as usual they’ll be served on fresh, hand-pressed tortillas.
