Saturdays are our busiest days of the week and also the most invigorating for us!  We’ve got a whole slew of fantastic events lined up, which means several opportunities to fire up the grill and tantalize the senses.

In the animated GIF you see above, our guys are seen grilling up one of our popular items at private events, our al pastor taco.  This exquisite pork-based delight is absolutely packed with flavors, but the mere smell of the hypnotic aromas alone are simply astounding.

Hopefully we’ll get the chance to serve some to you this weekend, we’re sure you’d love it.
