What better way to celebrate your birthday than by surrounding yourself with several hundred of your closest friends, outstanding cuisine and some of the finest ales in Orange County?

Yesterday, our food truck crew had an incredible time helping Noble Ale Works kick off another year of fantastic brewing at their second anniversary party in Anaheim, CA.

By our estimates, there were well over 700 guests throughout the day enjoying the unlimited brews on tap, the heart pounding live music and the mouth-watering food trucks, like yours truly.  And, all this despite the rains earlier in the morning!

We started out the morning parked next to our food truck buddies, got situated and patiently waited for everyone to arrive.  Then, once they threw open the gates that’s when the entrance was SLAMMED with all the guests, forming long, winding lines just to get in.

As for our customers, we had nothing but extremely warm and welcoming folks pass by our truck.  Maybe it was all that adult beverage goodness? 😉 One thing is for sure, tacos and beer really do go well together so the overwhelming positive responses that we received was definitely no surprise.
