We take traditional, smokey Mexican chorizo and toss it on the grill with jack cheese until nice and ready. Then, we place it on one of our signature freshly handmade tortillas. And, finally we top it off with a few of our seasoned and sauteed potato scallops. It’s absolutely fantastic! And, we’re honored to showcase this month’s special starting today at our lunch stop 11:00AM today at the Von Karman Airport Tower (18881 Von Karman Ave, Irvine, CA).
