Get ready for another incredible guisado style delight brought to you by SoHo Taco.

For the month of August we are pleased to introduce to you this month’s food truck special: the incredibly flavorful Taco de Chilorio.

Our Sinaloan-inspired creation starts out with pork slow-simmered in a rich chile de ancho based adobo sauce. Then, we rest it on a smooth bed of traditional queso de panela.  Finally, we top it off with fresh avocado, crispy chicharon crumbles and spicy dollops of salsa roja made with chile de arbol.

This soon-to-be-classic will be served exclusively at our food trucks stops throughout the month so be sure to check our calendar for your next opportunity.
