Although our menu mainly specializes in the finest tacos we can create, we do happen to serve something on the side that’s been generating quite a buzz lately: quesadillas.  And, tonight is a perfect time to give it a try.

We start out with a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla and throw it on the grill covered with creamy jack cheese.  If it’s a classic quesadilla, we simply fold it up and serve it right away.  Otherwise, we stuff it with our best ingredients and send it on its way.

The result is one of the best crowd-pleasers we have ever grilled up.  It’s not only packed with outstanding flavors and gooey textures, it’s super filling.  So, try one … (or two!) … this evening.  We’ll have them waiting for you.
