[W]e got some blogger love last weekend!

Last Friday during our scheduled stop at The Park @ Irvine Spectrum, blogger extraordinaire, social media junkie and one of our best buddies Sukhraj “Suki” Beasla of Eat Suki Eat paid us a visit and brought along her good friend, Eric.

Eric is originally from the East Coast and has never had our cuisine before.  Fortunately, he was blessed with a knowledgeable culinary guide and Suki insisted that their first stop for the weekend would be with SoHo Taco’s gourmet food truck.

Needless to say, he wasn’t disappointed!

In fact, yesterday Suki took the time to log in her account of what happened that evening …

A delicious taco topped with green crack makes up for the shit you might have had to put up with during the week and a touch of love from the crew kicks off the weekend.”
