Brace yourself Newport Beach, CA: we’re bringing the shrooms!  Portabello shrooms, that is.  (Why?  What were you thinking?)

One of the key ingredients in Soho Taco’s gourmet veggie tacos is the meaty, flavorful and surprisingly filling portabello mushrooms.  Often when a guest approaches one of our taco catering carts asking what makes up our meatless delights they’re pleasantly surprised to learn that it’s in there and say “OMG I looooove portabellos mushrooms!”

Well, so do we! 😉

Of course ours aren’t your run-of-the-mill mushrooms (but they’re still legal, so stick with me here).  Ours is seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices then grilled to perfection by our expert cooks; or, as we like to call them, “FunGi’s”  (See what we did there?  Instead of “Fun guys” we said … oh nevermind.)

Anyway, tonight’s guests in Newport Beach are in for a special treat.  We’re pretty confident our veggies tacos are going to please all lovers of mushrooms – psychotropic or otherwise.
