 Check our little video to get a hint at a bit of the fun that we had: We were situated in one of two buildings where we set up the cart and showcased all our salsas, sides and appetizers. However, due to health and building code restrictions we weren’t able to actually grill on site, but no problem! Our hard-working team was diligently assembling and passing out many of our fine appetizers, such as our Tostadita de Salmon, Tostadita de Ceviche, Rebanada de Uvas and our mouth-watering chips and salsas. So much food!  Fortunately we had a handful of our event coordinators on hand to answer any questions about how we would be able to be part of their upcoming special day.
