Tomorrow as Easter eggs are being sought, a beloved taco will go into hiding.

In case you haven’t heard, once a month SoHo Taco is proud to introduce a special taco offered for a limited time only.  And, during the month of March we had the great honor of showcasing our wildly popular campechano taco.

We had a terrific time serving it up and we got nothing but great feedback from everyone.  In fact, it was definitely a hit at our stop last Thursday night at Newport Harbor High School.

However, as the old saying goes, all good things must come to an end.  And, tomorrow night at our Park Apartment Homes stop in Irvine, CA, we bid farewell to this beloved taco.

So, once you’ve put away the baskets and counted your Easter eggs, be sure to pass by for dinner and give our March special a try before it’s gone.

On the one hand, it’s sad to see this crowd favorite go … on the other hand, our April special is just around the corner! 😉
