| Last Saturday our crew had a great time taco catering for an epic corporate event in Long Beach, right on the sand of gorgeous Belmont Shores. But, one of the challenges of catering on the beach was to ensure the winds didn’t affect the fresh, hand-pressed tortillas. So, we brought some heavy duty plexiglass shields to surround the grills and they worked like a charm!
