Yesterday, one of the drop off events was once again for a local office party. For this occasion, our long time customers requested a classic combination and we were happy to oblige.

We started out in the kitchen by grilling up our succulent pollo asado and savory carne asada. Although they’re pre-cooked prior to arriving, we have hot boxes and insulation bags that are pretty terrific at maintaining temperatures.

At the same time, we prepared a generous batch of fluffy lemon rice and creamy black beans. They may only be side dishes, but they were definitely no less delicious. They’re always fresh made the day of the event and delivered piping hot as well.

Once everything was ready, they were all packaged in their respective containers and labeled accordingly with our newly made stickers.

Then, they’re all carefully packaged together and they were taken to our hungry customer by one of our friendly delivery partners.

Upon arrival, all the items were unpackaged and showcased in a way that would invite all customers and guests to get started with the feast. For this particular office party, everyone was on the verge of starvation and so they all dove in.

At the end of lunch, it was another mouth-watering holiday office party wonderfully catered by SOHO TACO. We absolutely enjoyed helping this wonderful group kick off the holidays with our fantastic fare and it was truly an honor to have been part of their festivities.

Today is Friday and we’re at it again. We have several similar events to grill for and they’re located in various parts of Orange County. However, each one is unique and we take extra care to make sure every guest is happy and satisfied.

In the meantime, if you have a handful of coworkers getting together anytime soon, be sure to drop us a line and we’d be happy to fire up the grill for you. Hopefully we’ll be delivering to your place of work soon.

Accompanying these delightful main courses was a plethora of colorful, freshly prepared condiments and sides. For example, we sent over sweet pico de gallo made with vine ripened heirloom tomatoes, luxuriously velvety guacamole and farm fresh condiments.

Guests were able to assemble and create their own customized masterpieces by adding cheese, cilantro or mixing up tacos with beans and rice. Some even created their own nachos with the fresh-made tortilla chips and the monterey jack cheese.
