Over the weekend, one of SoHo Taco’s gourmet taco catering carts was set up in Laguna Beach for a special little girl’s birthday party.  In attendance was a menagerie of guests including a balloon maker, a tropical bird handler and a good amount of friends and relatives.

When the proud mother of the celebrant wasn’t socializing with her guests, she was organizing the festivities – not an easy feat. Trust us, we witnessed it all!

Nevertheless, mom took time out of arranging the tables, navigating the tropical birds into the backyard and catching up on the latest gossip to pass to us a few words, “YOU GUYS ROCK!” LOL! We love it!

In the end, our crew had a great time and the weather couldn’t have cooperated even better. Overall, the party was a great success and we’re extremely grateful to have been a part of it.
