In fact, they’re great for persnickety adults, too!

Yesterday one of Soho Taco’s gourmet taco catering carts had the pleasure of providing our exquisite culinary delights to the warm, welcoming people of Foothill Ranch, CA., which just so happened to be filled with plenty of little people – lots of ‘em.

Now, as we all know, kids in general have a very particular palate.  Hench the reason why we suggested to our customer our savory quesadillas, which can be made with any meat or no meat at all!  Needless to say the kid-friendly item was a HUGE hit!  So much so even the adults loved them!

The one you see above was made on a flour tortilla, but we can also make them on our famous corn tortillas as well.  That way, we can please both finicky kids and hesitant adults. 😉
