[Y]ou know your boss loves you when you have some of the very best tacos in Southern California getting grilled up at your employee appreciation party!

This weekend SoHo Taco has the great honor of taco catering for six corporate clients, one was for a poolside employee appreciation gathering yesterday in picture-perfect Laguna Niguel. The festivities took place at a beautiful private residence in an exclusive neighborhood in South Orange County and the weather couldn’t have been more ideal.

And, since the temperatures leaned more towards the warmer side, this special event needed a little extra help with the beverages. So, we enlisted the aid of one of our very best bartenders, Crystal, who did another terrific job of making sure there were no empty cups in the house.

For this special occasion, our customers chose the “classico menu” which consisted of two of our most beloved tacos, carne asada (“grilled steak”) and pollo asado (“grilled chicken”). Along with that came several delectable side dishes and fixings to help round out the meal.

Needless to say, but this turned out to be another successful event with everyone’s bellies getting filled while their spot in the workplace was being appreciated.
