We had the honor and the privilege of taco catering a lunch earlier today for the fine folks over at the premier digital camera manufacturing company Red.com in beautiful Lake Forest, CA!

As for the feedback, Soho Taco was very fortunate to be showered with praise for our pollo asado (grilled chicken), carne asade (savory beef) and carnitas (succulent pork) tacos.

Then, when the crowd died down a bit, we even made some exquisite quesatacos for some for some of the die hard individuals with room for more in their bellies!!  (Click here and check out our pix!!)
