While Mother Nature is going through her identity crises, we here at Soho Taco are getting ready for several taco catering gigs on this busy, cloudy Saturday throughout the southland – including a corporate function in El Segundo, CA. To be honest, we actually prefer cooler weather like this! Standing next to our grills for a couple of hours can get pretty steamy, so this climate is actually pretty welcome in our books.
