As you can see above it’s a very simple dish consisting of three chief components: fresh cabbage, spicy chipotle sour cream and mahi mahi grilled to perfection.  If you love seafood or if you’re looking for something light yet satisfying this is the taco for you.

When will we be serving it? It depends on market & availability.  And, tonight from 5:30P to 9:00P we’re headed back to the OC Fair & Event Center (88 Fair Dr, Costa Mesa CA).
