When you bite into one it may seem like a complex combination of flavors and textures are at play, but this humble taco really only consists of four chief components:  succulent garlic butter shrimp, fresh cabbage, spicy jack cheese and rich chipotle sour cream.  Each one is wonderful by themselves, but together they create a fantastic masterpiece you won’t soon forget.

And, on the truck this taco is always served on a freshly grilled hand-pressed tortilla, which definitely pushes this incredible delight very close to the sublime.
