At last Saturday’s gorgeous wedding at the sprawling estate Hummingbird Nest Ranch, we had the privilege of serving up a terrific selection of tacos. One of those handheld delights was our juicy, garlicky mahi mahi fish tacos.

This delicacy consists of ocean fresh seafood that’s first seasoned with our special blend of herbs and spices then it’s grilled with our garlic butter mixture. Then, it’s carefully placed on a tortilla and crowned with a generous amount of cabbage.

Finally it’s topped off with smoky chipotle sour cream that we create in house, which help smooth out the juicy experience.

For those looking for a great seafood experience with their tacos this really is one of the best options. It’s light, flavorful and absolutely mouth-watering.

Today enjoy many of the same great recipes that we served last Saturday for Taco Tuesday today! We have two stops and hopefully we’ll have the chance to grill up this tantalizing delight for you:

In case you haven’t noticed, every Tuesday this month we’re going to have two stops and two opportunities to serve you. Essentially we plan on serving at The Met for lunch and then Cismontane for dinner on this day every week throughout this month. We’re going to try it out for a bit and see how it works.

If things work out we’ll continue the schedule like that indefinitely, so stay tune and be sure to check our calendar often for any updates.
