Happy Monday, everyone! How was your weekend? Did you do anything special?! Hopefully we had the chance to grill for your at one of our many events over the past few days.

Summer is officially here and high season has descended upon us in full force…. and we love it! Hopefully you’re enjoying this tim of year too!

Over the past few days we’ve had to pleasure of tantalizing hundreds of palates with our wide array of menu selections and one item that truly stood out is our signature veggie taco.

If you over indulged a little bit over the past few days, this classic menu item is a perfect way to balance things out a bit until the next carnivorous round of goodies!

This hand held delight has been on our menu for several years since it’s always in high demand and it’s easy to taste why.

Made with a base of earthy, flavorful portobello mushroom, farm fresh produce and our special blend of herbs and spices, we take these principle ingredients and grill them with our rich garlic butter for added flavor.

Then, when it’s all nice and tender we lay it on a bed of cream jack cheese. Finally, we top it off with our housemade chipotle sour cream for that added “umph”.

And, on our food truck, this delicacy is ALWAYS served on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla. So, the combination of the wonderfully balanced flavors of the ingredients is taken to another level with the piping hot tortilla.
