 In case you haven’t heard, this weekend we have the great pleasure of participating in one of Southern California’s largest and best wedding expos and we can’t wait! The event is called Bride World Expo and it’s taking place this Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 10AM to 4PM at the OC Fair & Event Center located at 88 Fair Dr, Costa Mesa CA. Tickets are $12 at the door, but if you order them in advance from the official site (https://www.brideworld.com) they’re half off! We’re told there’s going to be a fee for parking, so be sure to bring some cash just in case. RELATED: Reminder, Bride World Expo At OC Fair Is This Saturday Once you’ve paid the fee and found parking, make your way over to Buildings #14 and #16 as shown in the map of the OC Fairgrounds here below:
 From there you’ll find us at Booth #187. Now, we’re still not sure whether we’ll be in Building #14 or #16. But, hey with a 50/50 chance of finding us hopefully it shouldn’t be too hard, right? 😉  No problem! We plan on bringing some fresh-made tortilla chips made the same day. These crisp, fresh treats are always a hit at special events and this Saturday is going to be no exception. We make these triangular delights fresh each day and they’re absolutely addictive. We also plan on serving our classic combo of salsa roja and salsa verde. Both of these will also be fresh made and they go great on our chips.  Alongside these two classics may be others on display that might not be available to try but hopefully give you a nice little tease to taste is on a later date. These salsas might be our guacamole, mango salsa and pico de gallo. As mentioned the other day, we will also have on hand a terrific array of appetizers to help give you an idea of how much talent our kitchen would have if we were selected to cater for your special day.  This will be the first time we have participated at Bridal Expo at the OC Fair, so we’re still not sure how much food to bring. Our crew is definitely going to bring enough to feed a small army, but hopefully we won’t be slammed with the entire military! If so, sorry in advance and hopefully we’ll have the chance to serve you next time. Nonetheless, it’s going to be an awesome opportunity to show off our food and service.
