Yesterday, in beautiful Villa Park, CA, we here at Soho Taco Pollo Asado Headquarters had a GREAT time dazzling some guests with our exquisite gourmet taco catering, where by far our most popular dish was our taco de pollo asado (“grilled chicken taco”) similar to the one you see above.

Who can blame them?  Every bite is unlike most chicken tacos you’ll ever have.  They’re rich and flavorful, yet light and satisfying at the same time.  Drizzle on some of our signature jalapeno salsa and your choice of condiments and prepare to be proud to show off your pollo to everyone.  Go ahead … let it all hang out!
