 Last Thursday night we had the honor of providing gourmet taco catering from our food truck at Moonlight Rollerway in the San Fernando Valley. The occasion was Vivid Entertainment‘s epic Christmas fest and we had a great time.  We’ve been to this historic roller rink several times and we absolutely love it. The staff is so accomodating, the atmosphere is nostalgic and it’s located in the beautiful San Fernando Valley. For this occasion, we not only offered some of our best tacos but we also provided an eye-popping selection of our finest salsas and condiments. And, to round out everyone’s meals, we also prepared our fluffy Spanish rice and creamy black beans.  (Click GIF to check it out on YouTube) The evening started out a bit on the rainy side but once the festivities started the clouds parted and it ended up being another perfect evening in the San Fernando Valley. We would like to thank the wonderful folks of Vivid Entertainment for selecting SoHo Taco for their special occasion.
