SoHo Taco’s chorizo taco is easily one of our more popular items that we have in our catering division and one that we just debuted last Friday at The Park @ Irvine Spectrum – where it completely sold out!

This traditional pork-based sausage contains finely-ground meat and is packed with juices and flavors, all of which is lovingly presented in a natural casing.

When we throw sliced up pieces of it onto the grill the aroma is absolutely hypnotizing. And, when you bite into it, the taste is undeniably entrancing.

Commonly found all over various regions South of the Border, we’re proud to present it now and then on the truck as one of our “tacos classicos”. Hopefully we’ll have a supply at our next stop. If we don’t, well then the picture above will just have to suffice until then. Oh, what savory torture! 😉
