Yesterday SoHo Taco had the great pleasure of having our food truck make a second stop at one of the very best residential areas of Irvine, The Northwood Place Apartment Homes.

Why were we busy?  Well, in addition to serving up some of our finest gourmet tacos for the incredibly welcoming residents of Northwood, we had our plateful (literally!) of other little tasks.

For example, we were visited by two couples getting ready to get married next year and were thinking of using our gourmet taco catering service for their respective weddings.  Naturally, there were lots of questions, sampling and images had to be shown to the lovely couples.  Hopefully they liked the tacos!

Then, our good friend Albert Ornelas stopped by to interview Chef Gabe in front of the truck.  Albert is the Chief Content Officer of Orange County’s premier site for Latino news and information OC Gente and a regular blogger for OC Metro Magazine.  Of course, we made sure he didn’t leave empty-handed …. or, more accurately, empty-stomached!

So, as you can see, last night we were busy, busy, busy!!

Thanks to everyone who took the time out of their own busy lives to pay us a visit and a HUGE thanks goes out to Northwood’s management for giving us another opportunity to come back.  See you all again very soon!
