Last Saturday, SoHo Taco had the honor of providing private food truck catering for a wonderful wedding reception, which took place at OC Mart Mix in Costa Mesa, CA.

Despite the mechanical challenges, we were able to successfully hobble her onto the venue since it was only a few miles from our headquarters and we didn’t have to use any freeways to get there.

For this occasion, we brought out several of our very best tacos, two trays of our signature beans & rice and all the freshly made tortilla chips you can eat.  Needless to say, with all the astounding feedback we received, it was definitely an utter success.

As for the state of our gal, according to her personal health practitioner she should be up and running again by late Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning.  In other words, there’s a very, very good chance you’ll get to see her again this Sunday at our scheduled stop at the OC Museum of Art.  See you then!
