As we blogged about yesterday, we were in Rancho Santa Margarita to help one of our valuable clients launch the grand opening of their newest location in OC. And, we had a blast!
The company was California Motorsports and they expect nothing but the best, that’s where SOHO TACO steps in.

For this occasion we grilled up our classic carne asada, savory spicy potato tacos and succulent pollo asado and accompanied them with our fluffy lemon rice and creamy black beans.
We had a fantastic time serving everyone and we hope everyone had as much of a good time as we did grilling.
Now it’s on to the next event!
Later today we will be in Long Beach on board the Queen Mary to help showcase our wonderful cuisine and world-class service at the Bridal Showplace.
Expect some of our very best appetizers later today at the Bridal Showplace on board the historic Queen Mary.
Just like at previous bridal shows we plan on bringing a non-working cart so brides & grooms alike can get inspired for the upcoming special day. Hopefully everyone will enjoy the platters of hand-held treats that we’ll be serving!
