[N]aturally since our gourmet food truck just launched little more than a month ago, customers always ask “What do you recommend?” Well, perhaps someone’s recently declared favorite can give you an idea.

Last Saturday during our Santa Ana Art Walk stop, we had the pleasure of meeting artist Evelynn J. Alu who helped herself to two servings of our pollo asado taco (“grilled chicken”) with guacamole.

“Have you tried it before?” she asked. “There’s something about that combination that’s just wonderful!”

So, there you have it! If you walk up to our gourmet food truck for the first time anytime soon and aren’t sure what you’d like to try, take Evalynn’s “wonderful” advice.

Of course we have other outstanding options, but you can’t go wrong with a classic combination like that.
